Senior leader at the Irish Football Association for 16 years. Leading on Fan Engagement, Football Development, Girls and Women’s Football, Social Responsibility, Community Relations, Commercial Partnerships, Funding, Strategic Alliances with UEFA and FIFA, developed the Irish FA Foundation and successfully mainstreaming “Football For All” into the heart of the business making the brand more inclusive and successful. Managed more than 60 full time staff and annual budget of £3m. Devised, inspired and led the international award winning “Football For All” and “Let Them Play” strategies that are responsible for transformational change at the IFA and wider NI society growing participation from 13,000 young people in 2013 to more than 70,000 in 2021 securing UEFA Grassroots Gold Standard. A European A-Licence Coach with a proven track record in football development establishing the UEFA, FIFA and EU endorsed World United, Street Soccer NI football development projects and innovative value based coaching programmes, such as Football 4 Peace and Game of 3 Halves. Current Manager of the Northern Ireland Transplant NI Football Team and Founder & Director of the Strandtown Girls Football Academy in East Belfast.
